Andersal is a leading Sydney based building rectification contractor. We have been providing remedial solutions since 1987!
We are specialists in all types of facade and structural restoration, concrete repair and external waterproofing. Our company is run by highly experienced engineers and licensed builders. In fact, many of our dedicated team have been with the company for over 10, 20 or 30 years.
We know our clients want peace of mind and a good overall experience when choosing a building contractor. Our project managers strive to achieve a smooth experience and we pride ourselves on our high level of customer satisfaction.
Andersal is organised to efficiently manage contracts from $15K to multi-million-dollar projects. We are however, not resourced to carry out minor repairs to private residences or internal waterproofing.
In addition to government and industrial contracts, Andersal completes many commercial and strata projects each year. We have many long-term relationships with strata managers and facility Managers who regularly recommend our services.
Andersal enjoys the support of many consulting engineers and builders who often select Andersal as best value for the client. As part of the process, they look for contractors who have a credible track record and demonstrate the skills required for the project.

Safety is a main priority
Andersal has an enviable safety track record. We continue to build our culture of safety. Andersal is certified to ISO 45001, the international Standard for Occupational Health and Safety Management. This accreditation is maintained by continuous third-party external audit conducted by the British Standards Institute (BSI). BSI audit on site practices and procedures and safety documentation.
We are a fully licensed builder and meet all statutory insurance requirements with full worker’s compensation, public liability, contract and home warranty insurances. The NSW Government requires all residential building projects greater than $20K be covered by Home Warranty Insurance (HWI). This HWI is only provided by IUHBFC.
For many years now, Andersal has been assessed by IUHBFC as a very low risk Head Contractor. IUHBFC currently reduces HWI rates by about 30% for Andersal clients, which means significant insurance savings for our clients when choosing Andersal.
Andersal is registered as a Building Practitioner for building work on class 2 residential apartments for Body Corporate, under the Design and Building Practitioner Scheme.
