Goulburn Street Car Park
The task was to demolish the cavity brick southern wall (5 storeys high and about twice as wide at 37.5m) and erect a steelwork frame to install the largest tri-sign in the Southern Hemisphere.

Department of Housing Buildings
Andersal was engaged in remediation works to rectify extensive concrete spalling to the three Department of House buildings at Maloney Street, Rosebery; Northcott Building, Surry Hills; O’Dea Building, Camperdown.
Dry Dock Garden Island
Long lasting repairs were required to the reinforced concrete walkways built into the sides of the inner and outer caisson of the Dry Dock at Garden Island.
