Andersal was engaged in the careful restoration to save a piece of history, involving repair and strengthening to the Kennards building facade, incorporating four concrete pre-cast sculptures.

Snowy Hydro Power Station
Andersal was engaged to waterproof the Snowy Hydro Murray Power Stations 1 and 2.
Victoria St, Potts Point
The purpose of this project was to upgrade the deteriorating roof sheeting and facade cladding of the apartment building. The scope of works included repair of metal, concrete, masonry, waterproofing and stormwater systems.
The Esplanade, Elizabeth Bay
This 89 unit building located next to Elizabeth Bay wharf is exposed to aggressive environmental conditions. Accordingly, the repair specification was extensive with an emphasis on material and workmanship warranty periods.
Bondi Beach Ocean Pool
The northern end of world-famous Bondi Beach is a tidal pool popular with generations of locals and tourists.
Goulburn Street Car Park
The task was to demolish the cavity brick southern wall (5 storeys high and about twice as wide at 37.5m) and erect a steelwork frame to install the largest tri-sign in the Southern Hemisphere.
People’s Republic of China Consulate
Andersal was selected to waterproof the new prestigious Chinese Consulate that is the People’s Republic of China major presence in Sydney.
Department of Housing Buildings
Andersal was engaged in remediation works to rectify extensive concrete spalling to the three Department of House buildings at Maloney Street, Rosebery; Northcott Building, Surry Hills; O’Dea Building, Camperdown.
Dry Dock Garden Island
Long lasting repairs were required to the reinforced concrete walkways built into the sides of the inner and outer caisson of the Dry Dock at Garden Island.
