This 89 unit building located next to Elizabeth Bay wharf is exposed to aggressive environmental conditions. Accordingly, the repair specification was extensive with an emphasis on material and workmanship warranty periods.
Andersal was engaged to solve the water ingress problem for the top 2 penthouses and the entire building complex.
Andersal engaged to fix the leaks and waterproof the level 5 common terrace and areas of the penthouse suites. Remedial renovations to the pool area, new tiles, balustrading and downpipes to enhance the iconic Balmain building.

Harbourviews is a residential building consisting of 90 units, 9 levels of residency and 2 car park floors. The car park slab was showing signs of fatigue and test samples confirmed.
